The cleaning fee is $75, and is only higher if there’s damage or a big mess.

The days are about to get longer thanks to daylight savings, so come out and enjoy plenty of sunshine in Palm Springs at this absolutely fabulous private getaway.

This Alexander ranch home has gorgeous desert landscaping, fig and grapefruit trees, amazing mountain views, completely private backyard, pool with tanning shelf, and brand-new spa. You simply won’t find a more beautiful backyard to enjoy sunny days (on the hammock or comfy lounge chairs by the pool) and starry nights anywhere in Palm Springs. This is one of the best priced three-bedroom homes in town! PLEASE NOTE COACHELLA WEEKEND AND EASTER WEEKEND ARE BOOKED.

French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. The kitchen is chock full of all appliances and cooking supplies, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes a few light weights, yoga mat, and medicine ball which can be used for a backyard workout.

This lovely home is located in historic mid-century neighborhood Racquet Club Estates and is nearly 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s significantly larger than most of the other three-bedroom mid-century homes in the neighborhood (most of those are “Butterfly” Alexanders and are just over 1,200 square feet, which are renting for the same rate or higher!) This home has a wide open living area and spread-out bedrooms, perfect for a few couples. SIX-PERSON MAXIMUM.

REGULAR WEEKLY RATES: $1275/week.

LAST-MINUTE WEEKLY SPECIAL: We have a week-long period available beginning Thursday, March 18th through Thursday, March 25th. Book the entire week for only $1199/nt., $75 off the regular weekly rate and only $171/nt versus the usual $225/nt. rate. We will also discount the pool heat for the weekly period if desired.
