Palm Springs Rentals – luxury vacation homes

? Available times are July 31-August 8 (also August 22-Sept. 1 or beyond). Rental price, is for 8 nights and includes 2 weekends (move in midday Saturday, July 31 and move out midday Sunday, August 8.
? House is directly on the lake and includes a raised deck with beautiful views as well as your own private dock with canoe, and rowboat. There is also a garage.
? Master bedroom, with private bathroom (dual sinks and tub-shower), opens onto deck through sliding glass doors.
? A large and a smaller bedroom are downstairs and open onto a patio above the lake.
? The kitchen/dining area, also with beautiful lake view, is fully equipped and ample.
? The large living room includes a fireplace and sliding door access to the deck.
? High speed Internet and cable television are available (price not included in rent).
? The house is part of the 4th Lake Community Association. The Community?s private beach is a 5-minute walk or row away. Beach activities include swimming (lifeguard protected), boating (canoes, kayaks, and rowboats only; no motorized boats are permitted), weekly barbecues, and beach volleyball. Ping pong and table games are available at our Community House.
? Regular Community House activities include dances, lectures, films, potlucks, etc.
? The house is a 5-minute drive from the Town of Lake Luzerne, home of the new Adirondack Folk School (Adirondack Community College), 10 minutes from Corinth or Lake George, and 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs. Areas activities include horseback riding, white water rafting, tubing, hiking, and boating.
