This privately owned home (not a condo) offers numerous amenities including high speed wireless internet and an outdoor gas BBQ as well as the optional charcoal grill. For peace of mind, next door is the property manager for any unforseen last minute emergencies. Single family, single level 3br, 2ba home sits on 1/3 acre, includes all the comforts and amenities you expect and comes complete with a private pool and spa with lounge chairs and outdoor seating for all.

Master Bedroom – 1 King size bed with en-suite bath (cable TV w/built in DVD player)

Bedroom #2 – 1 Queen bed (cable TV w/built in DVD player)

Bedroom #3 – 1 twin, 1 full/double (bunk beds – desktop computer with high speed internet)

Prices – summer season up until Labor Day weekend – based on maximum 6 people (additional people = additional costs)

Sunday through Thursday nights – $210 a night

Friday and Saturday nights – $240 a night

Weekly rates – $1200 a week

Cleaning fees – $150
