Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, two bath condo. This is a single story unit with preferred west facing view. It is on the 8th fairway of the Arnold Plamer Private golf course. The master has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom is a den/office with a convertable queen sofa for weekend guests. The living room has a gas fire place. There are two patios. One is off the master bedroom. The main patio is off the living room and dining room and looks out over the golf course. The patio has a gas grill, table for four, and lounge chairs. It is just four units away from the pool and spa which are heated year round. There is a two car garage and laudry room wiith washer and dryer. PGA West is a gated community. There are 6 golf courses inside PGA West, 3 of which are open to the public. It is just 2 miles from old town La Quinta and 8 miles from Palm Desert. We are looking for a seasonal rental with two month minimum. Please reply for additional photos. Will consider well-mannered small dog with additional security.
