Lovely 4 Bedroom Alexander home located about 10 mins. away from the main strip in down town Palm Springs….The main house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and one with 2 California king beds, all bedrooms have TV/DVD players…The master has a ensuite, King bed and again TV/DVD player….There is full equipped Kitchen that can service 10- 12 people…The kitchen, Dining room, and Living area are in an open floor plan….There is a big Screen TV/DVD and small stereo systems in the living area…The house is set up wireless for internet . The living area opens to a large covered Patio Area with table/chairs/BBQ and a wall mount TV/DVD player…The back yard has 10ft. fences with Flowers/Shrubs and Tree’s through-out, the pool is quite large and is 7 feet deep in the middle, it is very Private…..The washer and dryer are located between the house and the casita. The Casita is attached to the house but totally separate and included in the price?.it has a king size bed and sitting area with a Big Screen TV/DVD player…The casita looks out on the pool/backyard area….
The rate is $150.00 per night?.Pool Heat fee of $10.00 per day if requirted?…No Taxes?….There is a one time cleaning fee of $120.00… No taxes…The house is available most of April and May

Beautiful 4 bedrooms 2 baths private home with fabulous backyard with a private salt water swimming Pool/Jacuzzi. The color of the lights in Pool/Jacuzzi is changing every 30 seconds. A gas barbeque, a big table for 8 people to sit outside, 3 lounge beds for having sun bath, a fire pit and a lot more for enjoying.

Master bedroom has a King bed and a TV set, walking closet, dresser and a table with the mirror. In second bedroom there is a Queen bed with the bench and a dresser with the mirror.

The third bedroom has a Queen beautiful iron bed. In the den there is a pop up sofa for 2 people to sleep.

In the family room there are a sofa, a love seat with ottomans a coffee table a fireplace and a big screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils.

Beddings are provided.

The location is very convenient, close to all sightseeing’s and stores and Restaurants

We are a respectful group of professionals in our 30s looking to rent a 4 bedroom + house for the Coachella music festival.
House should have at least 4 bedrooms, a private pool and jacuzzi a plus.
Preference for Indio, La Quinta but we’re open to other towns.
We’ll stay 4 nights and can pay $1000 + a night
