We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Santa Barbara style house available for rent for each of the Coachella fest weekends. Each weekend is going for $2000 (3 nights). It comfortably accommodates 6 people and maximum occupancy is 8. Nice backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. It is located on the same street of the polo fields only 3 miles up the road on Madison Street. It is located in a gated community called Puerta Azul and is adjacent to multi-million dollar homes in PGA West. There are plenty of landscaped common areas, two heated pools and spas and a centralized recreation and vacation leasing facility called the Great House. Other resort amenities include a putting green, bocce ball, a village green, and a fitness room. The house does have cable TV and WiFi as well. Pictures of the interior of the house are sent upon request.

This is beautiful house in a very respected gated community. We understand there will be some partying, but we ask that you keep it inside the residence and as quiet as possible. THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND FREE OF DAMAGE TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT. Cleaning Service is available at an extra charge.
