The kitchen has everything you will need for meals and entertaining, and it includes a new stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The beautifully appointed living room has cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD player and WIFI. The patio off the living room is a large covered space with a propane gas BBQ grill and mountain view.

Casa Serenidad is within walking distance of one great golf course (Doral-Desert Princess) and less than a mile from another great new course (Escena). The clubhouse and restaurant at Escena are amazing!

1750 square feet; updated in 2009; 3 bedrooms; tropical back yard with pool with fountains; 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite; 2 car garage; stainless steel appliances in kitchen; granite counter tops; washer and dryer (with drying racks you can use outside to conserve energy), 2 bikes; the backyard of your dreams with lounge chairs. There is also a cozy front patio. Since Casa Serenidad is an eco-friendly house, all appliances are energy efficient, we only use green/eco-friendly/low-allergen cleaning products, we recycle, and bikes are provided!
Sliding doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, and pool. Since this is an eco-friendly house, the pool is not heated, but you do have access to the heated country club pool. The outside dining area has a large table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking supplies. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has two twins, (with shared full bath) and the master bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included.
Casa Serenidad is located on a quiet street of all single-family homes with no through traffic. It is a residential area with no condos or apartment buildings. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Just a few blocks away is a brand new shopping center with an upscale grocery store, a Starbucks, a cleaners, etc. Casa Serenidad is located in Rio Vista, a subdivision on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border.
Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning/shampooing carpet fee ($100-non-refundable).
