This beautiful no pet/no smoking 2000 sq/ft home located in Laguna De La Paz (lagunadelapaz.org)..is newly renovated..in a prime location in the palm springs area..minutes to all shopping, restaraunts, and golf courses.

Our desert escape features a private master suite with king size bed, large walk-in closet and bathroom with shower and tub. The guest room has a queen size bed, and private bathroom and the den offers a queen sofa sleeper and has direct access to the 3rd bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV.

There are spectacular mountain views from every room. The living room and dining room will comfortably accommodate your friends and family, and the large, bright eat in kitchen has everything you need to entertain. If you want to cook outside, we have an outdoor gas bar-b-que grill.

In the picture is just one of the 15 pools and 17 spas and only steps from the patio! If you seek the luxury of a spa experience, we are within walking distance to the historic La Quinta Resort and Spa.
Has it’s own private lake…fully gated community, and a southern view to die for. If you love to relax, eat out at some of the niceset restaraunts, enjoy a romantic night on the town,or golf at Silver Rock 2 min away, then you are staying at the right place.

Weekly Rent is $800.00 in low season, $1000.00 in shoulder season and $1300.00 in high season.
