This 4 Bedroom 5 bath 3500 square foot home is professionally decorated. Theres an Infinity Edge Pool and Jacuzzi with Black Pearl Pebble Tech Salt Water pool. Just behind the Infinity Pool is a lake that appears to blend with the pool. Stunning!!! Sit by the pool and watch the golfer Tee off from the 16th Tee of the Pete Dye Golf Course. And the views of the mountains are breathtaking. The Master Bedroom has a massive bathroom with a beautifil separate tub and shower. The cielings in the great room are 18 feet high making it impressive. The living room has a 65¡ä flat screen TV with surround sound. PS2 with games. 80 DVDs to chose from.

A five hundred square foot formal front living area provides top-end Empire style furnishings, soaring cathedral ceilings, gas-lit fireplace for cool desert evenings, two halogen lit ceiling fans, amazing entry area, and dining area for four. Beyond, visitors will find a cook’s dream kitchen with lots of space, center island, beautiful new maple cabinetry, and designer grade stainless steel appliances. Eat at the kitchen counter bar or in the adjacent open less formal family room area which shares a second dining space for six with a den equipped with sofa and 55″ flat panel LCD television (fully viewable from all kitchen areas) and CD/stereo, and which additionally provides double french-door access to backyard pool and spa area. This home boasts three very large bedrooms, each equipped with fine Italian linens, goose down pillows and comforters, top-on-the-line incredibly sumptuous new Stearns and Foster pillowtop mattresses and foundations, and halogen-lit ceiling fans. The Master Suite is entered through double doors, and provides a full king pillared bedroom set, cathedral ceilings, sitting area, walk-in closet, and double french-door private access to back pool/spa area. The adjacent ensuite private master bath in floor-to-ceiling marble provides a double-sized walk-in two-headed shower system with custom glass enclosure, separate Jacuzzi spa tub with privacy glass windows, and double sink vanity. The Main Guest Room provides a full queen sleigh-style bedroom set, sitting area, desk/office area, cathedral ceilings, and walk-in closet. This bedroom, too, offers an ensuite full bath with double walk-in marble shower with glass enclosure and single sink vanity. The Second Guest Room provides a queen sleigh bed, Empire-inspired nightstands, smaller sitting area and triple closet, and its guests utilize the home’s center bathroom complete with full size marble shower with glass enclosure and pedestal sink. Outside, this home additionally provides a private, new Pebbletech walk-in saltwater swimming pool and cascading waterfall adjoining spa suitable for six. This outdoor retreat is completed with tasteful landscaping and plantings, outdoor furniture, gas grille, sensibly soft lighting and unparalleled, unobstructed mountain views. A new laundry area with washer and dryer additionally leads to a three-car garage. Two zone heating and air conditioning. In a quiet no-noise residential area, this home is nonetheless a short five minute drive from PSP airport and is less than 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle and award winning restaurants and nightlife of the downtown Palm Springs area. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this is an end home with no adjacent home on one side.

This is our second home and not exclusively utilized as a rental. Our home is fully available during the Palm Springs peak season of November 15th through April 15th, and is additionally available for select periods only from April 15th through November 15th. Pool service is provided twice weekly by our personal handyman, who is also available to guests via cellphone for immediate attention to any maintenance matters which might arise. Guests are asked to place all trash curbside on Wednesdays if a Wednesday stay is incorporated. Our home provides a comprehensive security system. Guests will be provided access codes for the system. Front door entry is gained through the use of numerical punch in codes to be programmed in and provided to guests on the day of arrival; no keys are required. Flexibility is provided as to check in and check out days and times.

Rates are negotiated based on our desire to wish for no more than four persons during any rental. Additional persons exceeding this number MAY be considered at a supplemental cost, and discounts will be offered for rentals of only two persons. Substantial discounts will be considered for long-term guests wishing to stay for periods of 30 days or more. No more than two cats or small dogs (under 25 pounds) are permitted. Rates will include all costs except for a supplemental per-visit fee for guests wishing for the pool and spa to be heated, a final cleaning fee upon departure, and a fully refundable security deposit which may at our sole discretion be required. These supplemental fees will be based upon the total duration of the stay. Additional housekeeping during the period of rental is also available on request at a cost to be borne by guests from our trusted personal housekeeper.
