Here is what I have available and Costs for Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals

This is the best location because you are walking distance, in fact you can hear the concert from the pool area.

The Casita is rented the first concert week, however, I do have a larger Guest Bedroom Suite in the front of the house with a private bath. The room comes with a King Bed sleeps 2. Can add an Aero Bed for 2 more people for $150.00 extra per night, per person. You have access to the pool and Jacuzzi and private sun-tanning deck. I am walking distance to the venue, literally across the street ( ½ mile walk) Cost $295.00 per night with a minimum of 3 nights, plus cleaning $75.00 and a $500.00 refundable deposit. Photos attached. The first 6 photos are the Guest Bedroom Suite and the remaining 4 photos are the Casita ( not available first week)

To clarify:
The Casita is booked week 1, available week 2-Can accommodate up to 2 people.
Guest Bedroom Suite available both weeks and can accommodate up to 4 people.

All 3 locations are currently available for Stagecoach

Cost for the Casita for 3 nights with cleaning and refundable deposit
295.00 x 3 nights = 885.00, plus $75.00 cleaning = $960 plus a refundable deposit of $500.00 Total outlay $1460.00

Cost for the Casita for 4 nights with cleaning and refundable deposit
295.00 x 4 nights=$1180 plus 75.00 cleaning =$1255 plus refundable deposit of $500.00 Total outlay $1755.00

Guest Bedroom Suite

Cost for the Guest Bedroom Suite for 3 nights with 2 people same as Casita=$1460
Cost for the Guest Bedroom Suite for 4 nights with 2 people same as Casita=$1755

Cost for the Guest Bedroom Suite for 3 nights with 4 people add $150 per person per night or $900 + 1460= $2360
Cost for the Guest Bedroom Suite for 4 nights with 4 people add $150 per person per night or $1200 + 1755 = $2955

PGA West Condo-only available for Coachella week 2 and Stagecoach

2 bedroom 2 bath and a den Condo on the Golf Course at PGA West that sleeps 6 comfortably. It is 3 ½ miles from the venue. It rents for $750.00 per night with a 4 night minimum or $3000.00 plus $150 cleaning and a refundable deposit of $1000.00.
