OK, so all of the above is taken from Marriort’s marketing material, but this truly is a fabulous place to enjoy a sunny, warm vacation. Marriott rents this same villa for $459 – $499 per night for this same week. I own a timeshare week and am unable to use it this year, so can offer at this price to offset my taxes and dues. 1700 sq.ft 2 story private home available for rent for the weekend of Coachella Fest or Stagecoach. Book for the whole weekend (Friday (check in 10am)-Monday (check out by 12pm (noon)

*$200 cleaning fee is added also a $500 deposit for damages that will be returned if everything is fine. Total of 2,700 with a 500 deposit that is refundable.
