I have a Marriott Shadow Ridge Villa condo for rent located in Palm Desert. The 2-Bedroom Condo is available from January 2013 through May 2013. It rents for 70% less than Marriott rates. I’m only charging about $150 a night! Even if you don’t need a second bedroom, this price is lower than a one bedroom villa.
