This is for a rental on our timeshare, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (with lock-out capability) on the beautiful property of Marriott Desert Springs Villas 1 for Memorial Day week 05/24-5/31). Room can accommodate up to 8 people (1 Pull Out Sofa(s)(Queen), 1 King Size Bed , 2 Full Size Bed.) This location is directly across from the Marriott Hotel; it is separated by the golf course. They have a great Kids Club, if you have children. Must rent whole week, $200/night for 7 nights.

Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas features contemporary Mediterranean-style architecture. Each two-bedroom villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and whirlpool tub. Private patios/balconies offer various views. Amenities include La Canteen-a, a poolside bar; and The Grill, both located at the Palmeras pool. The MarketPlace, a convenience store, is located next to the Clubhouse. Activities are offered at the All Ages Recreation Center in the operations building. No parking charges or additional hotel charges per day.
