This is a timeshare and the week is already reserved and you will receive written confirmation from the resort. You will be required to show an ID and have a credit card at registration for security reasons and to pay for any incidentals charged to your villa. The reservation will be in your name and you will be responsible for the proper care of the villa while staying in it. You must be of legally-responsible, contractual age to rent this villa (21 years or older) or you will not be allowed to use the villa.

Rental periods are for no less than one month, and are restricted to two adults. (No children; no pets; no smokers.) Half of the rental payment is due four months in advance of the desired rental period to secure the unit. In case of cancellation less than 60 days in advance, this amount is not refundable. The balance is due two months in advance of the desired rental, along with a damage and cleaning deposit of $500 ($400 and $100, respectively).

The damage deposit will be refunded if, upon final inspection, no visible damage is evident.
