This beautifully furnished single story unit (30 day minimum rental only) is located in the gated community of Palm Lake. It is fully equipped with resort style amenities including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, small appliances, cookware and silverware. The kitchen has black granite countertops with contrasting stainless steel appliances and 18″ by 18″ tile floors. The dining area has seating for four. Recently furnished, the home is both clean and cozy, the master bedroom is carpeted, has a queen size bed, dresser and nightstands, television and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, a night stand, chest of drawers, a large closet and desk. A large sliding door opens into a nicely landscaped patio complete with patio table and chairs and a small putting green.
The living room includes a wall mounted 37 inch HDTV with built in DVD player, a full size sofa bed and loveseat with matching furniture. Other extras include linens and towels, an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, tennis rackets, a golf putter and an assortment of books, DVDs and games.
All utilities, cable TV service, internet, a carport and guest parking are included.
Gated community has two pools, a jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, sauna, sand volleyball court and a fitness center equipped with both strength training and cardiovascular equipment.
