Originally completed in late 1960s, this stunning 3 bedroom and 2 bath mid-century Donald Wexler designed home has just been completely renovated while staying true to its architectural design.

Purchased in late 2009, the owner has created a Palm Springs modern paradise with an ultra-hip resort hotel feel but with all the privacy!

The lot is over 10,000 sq feet with stunning views of Mount San Jacinto. The extremely private outdoor living area adorns a kidney shaped pool, separate hot tub, fire pit area, outdoor shower, full outdoor kitchen (built-in natural gas grill, refrigerator and sink), and bar. This modern outdoor “playground” is fully furnished poolside and has lots of outdoor seating, lounge furniture and it even has a “pod” daybed! The mature landscaping offers areas of shade and provides a magnificent backdrop to this hip oasis.
