Our rate is per night, longer stays are less. 3 nite min, holidays more. This is a fully equiped villa sleeps 6, even has high speed internet and attached garage with 3 bikes. Heated pool is a few steps away. This resort has 8 pools and 7 tennis courts and is just a few min away from downtown Palm Springs. We are booked from Jan 1 thru March.

Kitchen was just redone–with new counter top, sink, gas range and built in microwave.

This is a fully equiped condo– sleeps 5 , even has high speed internet, heated pool is just a few steps away away. the phone service is free with unlimited calls all over the US and Canada. This condo is rented Feb to March 15. There is a cleaning fee and security deposit depending on number and if pets are brought. It is located in the complex of Mt View Villas and is all one level, corner unit with no one above or on one side. This is a very quiet, peaceful complex with lots of green belt areas.
