Looking for people to treat this vacation unit as if it were their own. One bedroom condo with many amenities, including free high speed internet, free local calls, in unit washer and dryer, updated granite kitchen and beautifully landscaped grounds. Condo is located on the grounds of high end hotel and you can use their pools and restaurants. Living room has fold out couch and can accommodate four people comfortably.

Only a few miles from the Polo field for the Coachella concerts. Currently available for both Coachella weekends for $2000 and Stagecoach for $1000 Many pictures available upon request.

We also have a three bedroom home with pool and hot tub listed for $4500 for Coachella and less for Stagecoach. Email if interested and we can send photos.

Hiker’s Hideaway

This is a one night weekend rental in the Windy Cove area of Palm Springs – located a short drive from the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Indian and Tahquitz Canyons, and Whitewater Preserve. You will have a private bedroom and your own bathroom during your visit. You will be sharing a house with a professional married couple in their 30’s who enjoys the outdoors and can offer local advice, etc on recreational activities. This is a mid-century home that has been newly refurbished, it is solar-powered, and energy efficient. We also have a 7-stage drinking water filter in the spacious kitchen. We are healthy vegetarians for the most part, but we can accommodate meat eaters also. No pets or children unless otherwise noted.

We have no pets, but yours can stay outside. We are drug-fre and expect you to be sober during your visit. Rate is per person, an additional $18 for the second person – two people max. Check in time is 4:30 pm and check out time is 9am – this remains solely the owner’s discretion. Your ID must be presented at time of arrival. Smoking is outside only. Intentional damage and thefts will not be tolerated and will be punished to the fullest extent of the law. No minors – 18 and up only. No late arrivals past 10pm unless otherwise noted.
