A lovely 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo available. A great alternative to a hotel room, with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and your own gas fireplace in a cozy living room with a pull out sofa. There is also an in-room washer/dryer. The bedroom is generous sized with a king bed and walk-in closet. High speed internet, cable TV, free calls within the U.S. and Canada are included! The condo is steps to the pool and spa. This complex is within easy walking distance of many great restaurants and a short drive to great golf like PGA West, Trilogy and Silverrock. Directly across the street is Old Town, which frequently hosts art fairs, concerts, and also includes many shops, wine bar/tasting and restaurants. For convenience, Embassy Suites is on-site, which has a restaurant, bar and an upscale spa. Just bring your suitcase…..

OK, so all of the above is taken from Marriott’s marketing material, but this truly is a fabulous place to enjoy a sunny, warm vacation. Marriott rents this same villa for $459 – $499 per night for this same week. I own a timeshare week and am unable to use it this year, so can offer at this price to offset my taxes and dues.
