This fully furnished vacation home was built in 2009 and is located in Del Webb?s Sun City Shadow Hills in Indio, California. The ?Valencia? model offers 1,652 sq ft, two bedrooms, two baths, great room, dining room, den, laundry room and 2-car garage.

The backyard is on the golf course with west facing 180 degree views of mountains and gorgeous sunsets. You?ll get sun all year round. In addition, this backyard has a private pool (salt water treated) , raised spa and cozy firepit to enjoy desert evenings.

Kitchen and bathrooms have granite counters. Living room and both bedrooms have flat screen HDTV?s (50? and 42?). All floors are tiled except for the master bedroom. Telephone and WiFi provided.

Sun City Shadow Hills is an adult gated community in a resort style community setting with 24 hour security. One tenant must be at least 55 years of age. Known for its championship golf course, the club house also offers tennis, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools and a spa, a state of the art fitness center, aerobics room, billiard room, library, computer room, classes, trips and many activities to choose from. Your calendar can be as busy as you like, it?s up to you. If you like to gamble, casinos are located minutes away.
