WOW !!! SEVEN (7) WEEKS FOR $5000. EVERYTHING INCLUDED Nov 20 to Jan 8

Located on the fairway close to the green and lake on the 4th hole of the gated Indian Springs Country Club is our home that we are renting from November 20th to January 8th. This 2740 square foot one story home was custom built in 2004 and is situated on one of the prime south facing view lots in the community.

The views are amazing looking over the 4th green, two fairways, a lake and then out to the Santa Rosa Mountains. What is really great is that in the backyard is your own private 35 foot heated pool and spa with cascading waterfalls.

There is also a gas fire pit to sit around while entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of deck and lounging chairs to go around and the Weber Barbeque makes cooking outdoors a pleasure.

On the inside you have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that will sleep 8 in comfort. The master suite has a super comfortable king bed and a large bathroom area with twin matching vanity sinks and a sit-down shower and a Jacuzzi tub. A separate closet and dressing room is attached. In the other wing of the home is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen hide a bed couch in the office/den. All bedrooms have cable televisions and a strong wi-fi internet signal is available throughout the house so be sure to bring your computers, ipads, and smart phones.

The great room living area has a HD 55″ TV with surround sound built in the room. There is also a complete entertainment area that offers you the use of a cd player, dvd player, stereo radio, and vhs player. The cable service includes premium digital service with many movie channels.

The granite topped kitchen comes complete with all everything you will need for your stay — pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. double oven, microwave, double door refrigerator (also one more refrigerator in the garage which is very handy for beverages) dish washer and disposal. Maytag washer and dryer in laundry room. There is a dining area next to the kitchen that seats 8 and a morning room with couches looking out to the pool which is just the perfect place to have some coffee and start your day.

Our community association also has a recreation center with a workout area and huge pool and spa that you can use at anytime. Just a short 5 minute walk. While you are here you will want to play some golf at Indian Springs and some of the other courses that are less than 10 minutes away. Just to name a few, Heritage Palms, PGA West, Silverock, Desert Willow, Desert Falls, Eagle Falls, Shadow Hills, and the list goes on. All open to the public, affordable and some of the best golf courses you have ever played. Or go shopping at the Famous Designer Shops on El Paseo Drive. Just 15 minutes and you are there. Or go to the COD on the weekends for their Street Fair that you will find just about anything you want. Simply put, you will never run out of things to do while you are visiting the Palm Springs area.

Rental fee includes all utilities. If heating the pool, please add $10.00 per day and just let me know how many days you heated it. Our pool service cleans the pool twice per week. Included at No extra charge.
