This unit has just been refurbished (Fall 2007) with tile floors, recessed lighting, granite kitchen countertops and other upgrades… too many to mention. The owners also purchased all new furniture, including a leather couch set and a wall-mounted 40′ HD TV in the living area. Other new items include a state-of-the-art refrigerator, gas BBQ, dining room table, bedroom furniture, and patio furniture.

Whether lying in bed, eating dinner, or watching the game in your living room, the majestic Santa Rosa mountains are visible from almost all parts of this house. The patio opens up to a duck-filled lake and maintains privacy from your immediate neighbors. The upstairs balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with new Queen beds. The Master Bedroom features a big screen TV and large walk-in bathroom with his/her sinks and shower/tub. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is large and newly refurbished. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as hi-speed internet and 2 phones with free local and long distance (North America) calling. Digital Cable with HD and a DVR box is provided.

The unit comes with 2 bicycles for use by renters. There is a heated pool and hot tub just a few feet away in both directions. The Arnold Palmer Course is home to the Bob Hope Classic and the PGA West development is home to 3 public golf courses. There are also numerous beautiful public courses a short drive away.

This is a 2 BR 2 BA condo that sleeps up to eight. The unit is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It is a two bedroom, two bath unit which can be locked off to form a one bedroom unit and a studio. The second bedroom has a private entrance, its own bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a king bed in master and a king bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in second bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The master also has a vanity and soaking tub and private bath. It is a full sized kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven and microwave. There is also a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit! Marriott Desert Springs II offers a beautiful timeshare vacation experience. Once you have stayed here you will be spoiled for all time! It is the golfer’s destination resort. Palm Desert is easy to get to. It is just 2 hour ride from the Ontario California airport. This is a non smoking resort. The room is completely paid for. No pets or RV’s. No smoking unit. Must be 21. Please email me if you have any questions.
