Casita features include a private entrance and courtyard, private full bath/tub, new 27′ flat screen television that includes premium channels (HBO, Showtime and more), Wi-Fi, NEW queen size bed made with quality sheets (Baby bed available) and down comforter. The refreshment area offers coffee maker (complementary coffee, cocoa and an assortment of herbal teas), the fridge has separate freezer and is stocked with water, orange juice and soda. There is a microwave, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils for your use as well. Our welcome basket includes fresh fruit, packaged cereal and oatmeal for your eating pleasure.
The bathroom is equipped with the finest towels and washcloths, pool towels, shampoo, body wash, robe, hair dryer, closet space and iron. You may also have the option of a daily cleaning service and/or laundry service if you so desire for an additional charge.
You enter through the quaint courtyard passing the fairy fountain towards the casita door and discover a serene, quiet atmosphere within. We basically offer you all the comforts of home and a refreshing pool/hot tub is included for your relaxation time. (Both are heated however we keep the heater off in the winter and turn it on for each use).
There is free parking with no restrictions right in front of the Casita for easy access. 
We welcome pets with open paws but we ask you adhere to a couple rules and of course your personal supervision of the fur baby. 
We are located in a gated community and are walking distance to fine shopping, restaurants and putting greens. It is a short drive to the local casinos, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the Living Desert, Salton Sea, San Andreas Fault and much more.
Although we are located approx. 30 min from Palm Springs tramway, we are far enough away for relaxation from the busy areas of Palm Springs…Quietly located in the heart of the desert but close enough to enjoy all the fun. Approx. 5.5 miles from the Polo club and 7 miles from the fair grounds and date farm.
I strive to maintain guest satisfaction and will try to accommodate your needs at the same time respecting your privacy. This is your chance to lodge in a personal, clean and quiet environment while enjoying the valley.
Low rates per night depending on the season and weekly per availability. Handicap accessible but may be a little tight in room for wheel chair. As always, pets are welcome. Rates vary and start and start at $50.00 for single occupancy. Very competitive rates.

Total number of people that can use property on coachella w/e is 8-10 people. Please only over 21.

For Stagecoach Country Music Festival rental is $2300 for week of April 23-30. Only 5 miles away from festival (total number of
people that can use property on Stagecoach w/e is 8-10). Please only over 21.
Drivers Licence is required from each occupant for both events.
