Maintenence fees approx. $565 per year. You can also choose to bank your week and use it anytime in the following 2 years. You can rent your week with the association. Or you can use your week here or at another of the participating resorts locations worldwide. There are 2 swimming pools available for guests as well as a golf course and restaurant. Right across from the polo grounds where Stagecoach Festival is held every year. Palm Springs isn’t too far if you enjoy shopping and casinos.

There are two bedrooms and a den with internet use available and cable television.Living room is a combined large room with a dining area that is open to the kitchen and looks out to the backyard and the natural mountain scene. The roomy master bedroom suite opens to the yard with its own large bathroom with tub and shower, tiled flooring, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a golf cart storage area off of a two car garage that leads into the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The community called Sun City Shadow Hills is a premier senior area with walking trails and a small lake,a dog park, as well as a wonderful fitness center offering classes from yoga to cardio.The clubhouse also hosts many activities and entertainment events for the neighborhood. The pools and tennis courts are state of the art and overlooking a beautiful desert mountain range. Proximity to several Indian casino gaming facilities less than ten minute drive.You can golf at the Landmark golf course which is part of the community which also features a lovely resturant with stunning views. Shopping for food and other essentials is 2 miles from the home.A small dog is acceptable under 35 pounds.Prefer rentals for no less than one month at a time and a special price is available for long term seasonal renters of three months or longer.
