For those planning early for Coachella I have a time share to rent out to you! At $175 a night for the first weekend festivities April 13-15. This would HAVE to be for ALL three nights. It is a 15 minute drive (or cab ride) from the resort to the venue location listed on the Coachella website. The unit has a king size matress in the bedroom AND a queen size murphy bed in the living room to sleep 4 comfortably. The following are other included amenities:

COACHELLA IS .30 MIN UP THE 10 FWY.

VERY COOL PROPERTY, AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE ARCHITECTURALLY SIGNIFICANT MOTEL LAUTNER. PLEASE INQUIRE DIRECT IF YOU HAVE A NEED FOR ADDITIONAL RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR MORE PEOPLE.
