The Ocotillo Lodge, an Alexander design, was originally built for actor/singer/cowboy Gene Autry. The resort was a favorite with many movie stars that vacationed in Palm Springs in the 50’s and 60’s. Just a mile south of downtown, this nicely furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is conveniently located close to area shops, restaurants and the casino. As you enter the home, you are greeted with 10? high ceilings and wall of glass which creates a feeling of space and frames the striking views of the pool area, San Jacinto Mountains and Palm Springs. This home was completely renovated in 2008 and features a custom interior with dramatic living & dining areas.
Each Bdr features a king size bed with luxurious linens & bedding, a sitting area, ample closet space and a flat panel HD TV. Each bathroom has granite countertops and frameless glass & granite shower enclosures. The master suite is directly accessible to the pool.
