It is very charming and comfortable.
Many guests have told us it feels like a second home to them.

The pool was just redone last year and we put in a hot tub.
Front yard just got completely redone!
Back yard, too!
The patio is separated from the pool by a child safety gate (which is removable).

We just redid the kitchen floor and will do others as they need it (currently they don’t)
There’s a laundry room with washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a brand new stove/oven!

$250 / night (it’s less if you stay more than 3 nights)

Dogs are okay, but cost extra per night and require a higher deposit depending on the number (and size) of dogs.

there is a $200 deposit, which you will receive back, less any damages (broken windows, glasses, etc. – but that never happens.)
The cleaning fee is $75, and is only higher if there’s damage or a big mess.

Steal my 3 bedroom townhouse for this low price. May 1st through? Furnished 2100 square foot 3 years new one level unit. Sits right on the 10th T of the Arnold Palmer 18 hole golf course in Mountain View Country Club, one of the premier resorts in La Quinta. Walk onto the course from the patio.The Southern exposure views are stupendous. One of the 3 bedrooms is a fully functioning office without a bed. Golf not included. This unit is my primary residence and shows that way. I am staying out of town for awhile which is why I want to rent it. Last year my place rented for $5500 in season to an older couple. It’s not typically a rental. Near Old Town and Silverrock resort.
