Casita Rental for Coachella Fest La Quinta 1000

We have an attached casita (own private entrance) which we are willing to rent out to a responsible couple for each of the coachella fest weekends. Each weekend is going for $1,000 (3 nights). It is located on Avenue 52 and Monroe in a very upscale nice gated community. It’s essentially across the street and only a two minute walk! The casita is a one bedroom and has a full bathroom. It also comes with a mini refrigerator. It is very nicely furnished with a queen sized bed and a large t.v. The community offers neighborhood parks with BBQs, walking trails and a putting green.
We will do a full background check and check references. This is not a party house! We have a family and loud noise/partying will be prohibited. So please contact me only if you are responsible adults. Thank you.

Coachella Fest Rental La Quinta CA 3000 3bd 1806sqft

The home is available for the second coachella fest weekend (4/20 – 4/23) Check in on Friday and check out on Monday @ noon. There is a cleaning fee of $350 and a refundable security deposit of $1000. This amazing rental is three bedroom and two bath. The house can sleep up to 9; if you bring two blow up mattresses. The amenities include:
BBQ island, pool, spa, cable TV with all movie channels, and WiFi. No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside (family has asthma), but smoking is okay out in the backyard. I can send more pictures of you are interested. Call me @(760)610-4917
