La Quinta Beach Resort Timeshare on beautiful Eagle Beach (voted one of top ten in the world) during a prime time to be in Aruba. Week 10 of 2012 – Saturday, March 10th, 2012 through Saturday, March 17th, 2012. Unit 2203. Beautiful one-bedroom king unit and queen sofa foldout sleeps 4 comfortably. Jacuzzi tub on balcony with ocean view. Full kitchen with all appliances, 2 TVs (as if you’ll use them), A/C, new tiling everywhere. Our unit is part of the newer Phase II with the larger pool, pool bar and restaurant, but you can use the Phase I pool as well.

Holidays and special events will have higher pricing. Close to Fantasy Springs casino, Polo Fields, golf courses, etc.

DescriptionLa Quinta Old Town Villas are at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There are 4 pools with hot tobs on the property. Several publicly accessible golf courses are within a few minutes driving distance. The Villas are on the Embassy Suites property but is not managed by Embassy Suites.This condo is a nicely furnished 1 Bedroom 1 bathroom with a large walk-in closet and a short walk (across the street) from the charming shops, galleries and restaurants of Old Town La Quinta. There is ample convenient parking and nearby grocery shopping ( I recommend Fresh and Easy but Ralphs is only a few blocks away also). We have owned this condo in Old Town Villas since it was built in 2004 and keep it well maintained as we use it frequently. The master bedroom has a large comfortable king sized bed with TV and DVD player. There is a full kitchen (8 place settings and food prep items included) with microwave, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, living room with a queen sofa-sleeper, and fireplace.
