1 Bed 1 Bath Rental for Coachella Fest La Quinta 1000

We have an attached casita (own private entrance) which we are willing to rent out to a responsible couple for each of the coachella fest weekends. Each weekend is going for $1,000 (3 nights). It is located on Avenue 52 and Monroe in a very upscale nice gated community. It’s essentially across the street and only a two minute walk! The casita is a one bedroom and has a full bathroom. It also comes with a mini refrigerator. It is very nicely furnished with a queen sized bed and a large t.v. The community offers neighborhood parks with BBQs, walking trails and a putting green.
This is not a party house! Loud noise/partying will be prohibited. Please contact me only if you are responsible adults. Thank you.
