CHECK IN TIME: The check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check out is 11:00 AM.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: You bring your own food and sundries. We pay all utilities and have provided basis necessities including pressed linens, towels, pots, dishes and all of the normal items. Our rate includes: Cable TV, High Speed Internet (Cable Modem), Electricity, water, gas, and taxes.
HOW TO RESERVE: You can pay by Pay Pal to JimNicholsLA@sbcglobal.net.
CLEANING FEE When you leave we send a housekeeper to prepare for the next vacationer. There is a $65.00 cleaning fee, as is standard in the industry.
SECURITY DEPOSIT To protect our property we require a $500.00 security deposit. This is refunded 14 days after your stay, as long as no damage has occurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We realize that plans change and emergencies arise. Our stated policy is based on the fact that we are not a hotel. We reserve the space for you and turn away all other vacationers, so therefore your payment is non-refundable if you cancel or modify the dates of your reservation.
