This spectacular very private home is secluded behind the gates of the prestigious Presidential Estates. Presidential Estates is a very quiet community located on Gerald Ford directly across from Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.

Traveling past the main gates of this charming community you wind past a small enclave of beautifully manicured homes and gardens to end up at this wonderful find. Once owned by a member of the Boeing family, this home is available for your enjoyment.

Once you have arrived at the front door, you will enter into the foyer with soaring ceilings, then entering into the main living area with fireplace and wet bar. The cathedral ceilings of the living area open to the large wall of windows looking out to your own spa, sparkling swimming pool, rose garden, covered patio and private citrus orchard and view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Welcome home to this nearly brand new single family desert home with over 2100 square feet of living space in a desert community for seniors above 55 years( one guest has to be 55 years or older). Home has a lovely mountain view and is very private with an enclosed yard that has desert landscaping and outdoor patio, as well as a bbq for your use. A spacious Kitchen features granite counter tops, convection and a regular oven, and gas burner stovetop, as well as lovely tile flooring with maple cabinets. There are two bedrooms and a den with internet use available and cable television.Living room is a combined large room with a dining area that is open to the kitchen and looks out to the backyard and the natural mountain scene. The roomy master bedroom suite opens to the yard with its own large bathroom with tub and shower, tiled flooring, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a golf cart storage area off of a two car garage that leads into the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The community called Sun City Shadow Hills is a premier senior area with walking trails and a small lake,a dog park, as well as a wonderful fitness center offering classes from yoga to cardio.The clubhouse also hosts many activities and entertainment events for the neighborhood. The pools and tennis courts are state of the art and overlooking a beautiful desert mountain range. Proximity to several Indian casino gaming facilities less than ten minute drive.You can golf at the Landmark golf course which is part of the community which also features a lovely resturant with stunning views.
