A deposit of 15% of the total rental is generally required to secure a reservation. In the event that Occupant must cancel the reservation, Occupant must notify Owner in writing or by email as soon as possible. If notice is received 30 days or more prior to Occupant?s arrival date, advanced payments will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of Occupant?s arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the Premises. Every effort will be made to re-rent the Premises. However, if the Premises are not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the Premises are re-rented, all monies received, less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. No credit will be issued in the case of early departure. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

Casa Serenidad, an eco-friendly private house, is furnished with modern flair and has everything you need to have a great vacation!

Amenities:
1800 square feet; updated in 2009; 3 bedrooms; tropical back yard with pool with fountains; 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite; computer with high speed internet provided; 2 car garage; stainless steel appliances in kitchen; granite counter tops; washer and dryer (with drying racks you can use outside to conserve energy), 2 bikes; the backyard of your dreams with lounge chairs. There is also a cozy front patio. Since Casa Serenidad is an eco-friendly house, all appliances are energy efficient, we only use green/eco-friendly/low-allergen cleaning products, we recycle, and bikes are provided!

Sliding doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, and pool. Since this is an eco-friendly house, the pool is not heated, but you do have access to the country club pool. The outside dining area has a large table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking supplies. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has two twins, (with shared full bath) and the master bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included.
Casa Serenidad is located on a quiet street of all single-family homes with no through traffic. It is a residential area with no condos or apartment buildings. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Just a few blocks away is a brand new shopping center with an upscale grocery store, a Starbucks, a cleaners, etc. Casa Serenidad is located in Rio Vista, a subdivision on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border.

Rates (plus $100 cleaning fee):

May through mid-December
$395/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price), $695/week (7 nights)

Mid-December through End of April
$495/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price); $895/week
Coachella Weekend-$295/night, 3 nights minimum

There is an additional $250 security deposit required which will be refunded after the property manager has checked the house to make sure there is no damage.
