I am looking to rent a hip and modern estate for May/June of 2011 to hold a small outdoor family event of about 50 people.
I am willing to rent the property for 2-3 nights and can provide extra deposit fees to ensure property will be left in pristine condition.
Property must house at least 6-8 people. All remaining will be staying at nearby hotels. I am completely aware of all Palm Springs regulations and would 100% adhere to policy.
