Typical tenement apt – gut renovated into a Minimalist, Spacious and efficiently designed.

In the heart of the East Village boarder line with Lower East Side aka LOISADA by the locals, these great flats are located just steps from F subway line/and buses at either corner.

Simple and functional design – a Rare Find in vacation rental, specially in NYC, where most places are either soulless spaces or jammed with the owners foot prints.

They have living space room and separate sleeping quarters, full bath – fully functional kitchen.

It is ideally located at one flight up.

Flat was gut renovated so everything is in mint condition – all with marble or 3/4′ glass tops, exposed brick. All with sparkling light wood floors.
The Village and the Lower East Side, aka LOISADA by the locals, have plenty night attractions but it can be very noisy to sleep. Although our apt are located on a very busy and noisy block it is quiet because bedroom faces the back – therefore is very silent and safe. EV & LOISADA have turned into the epicenter of hype and fashion in NYC. Needless to say they are the best neighborhood to stay with very easy access to the rest of NYC and you will be home for all night life and new and trendy boutique hotels – the Village is where it is at. These flats are in the heart of these famed neighborhood. Whole Foods is around the corner!!! F train steps away down the block. Uptown and Downtown buses on either corner.
