Hi, I am leaving NYC for about 2 months for business trip starting July 5th, and would like to sublet my apartment to a responsible, nice and clean person

The apartment is located in the heart of Park Slope.
“Park Slope” is considered one of the best neighborhoods to raise children in NYC area.
It means that this area is “Safe”, “Clean”, “Relaxed” and “Friendly”. It is just a 10-15 minute subway ride to Downtown Manhattan area.

There are many great eateries (cafes, restaurants of all kinds, diners)around here as well as book stores, copiers, yoga studios, fitness club, bakeries, etc.

The apartment is fully furnished, well-meintained and gets tons of sun light (every room, including the bathroom, has windows).

I have Wifi service and an air conditioner. Plus, every room has a ceiling fan which has been great for the summer.

Needless to say, I love this place and I would love for someone to enjoy it while I am away.

Upon mutual interest/agreement, I will be asking for the first month + the last month + security deposit (the amount of one moth fee) before I hand you all the keys to access the place.

The apartment is in one of the most prestigious and safest neighborhoods of Manhattan, Needless to say, we love this neighborhood, and all our guests have had a wonderful time! the price is per night, There are 5 subway lines within a block of the building, while Times Square and the Broadway theatres are only 1 subway stop away. Cabs and buses can also be found right outside the building. The Natural History Museum and the Metropolitan Museum, while there are also lots of stores, boutiques, restaurants and cinemas in the neighborhood.
