This is luxury 1 bedroom apt. London Town House Central Park West . the studio is decorated very niclely top of the line appliances, high ceilings, queen size bed and sofa bed that opens , can sleep 3-4 people. The studio is a walk up townhouse. The apartment is in one of the most prestigious and safest neighborhoods of Manhattan, the Upper West Side, and is situated only 1 block from Central Park. There are 5 subway lines within a block of the building, while Times Square and the Broadway theatres are only 1 subway stop away. Cabs and buses can also be found right outside the building. You can also enjoy walking to Central Park, Riverside Park on the Hudson River, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Beacon Theatre, and several museums including The Natural History Museum and the Metropolitan Museum, while there are also lots of stores, boutiques, restaurants and cinemas in the neighborhood. Needless to say, we love this neighborhood, and all our guests have had a wonderful time! Includes all fees.

Hotel Room for COACHELLA Available!!!

I just found out I have to leave town for work that weekend, and now I CAN?T GO to Coachella. Needless to say, I am overwhelmed with sadness?.

Anyhoo ? I already have a hotel room paid for in Palm Desert. I have the reservation to check in on Friday, April 15th and check out on Sunday, April 17th. The hotel is approximately 10 miles away from Empire Polo Field. The room is a junior-suite, with a kitchen and dining area, living area with a pull-out couch, and a king bedroom. $500 per night, so $1000 total?which is what I paid for it. The room will be transferred to your name once the deal is done.

This place is INSANE! GOLF COURSE. 5 WIRL POOLS. LAZY RIVER POOL. With everything you could ever want! $5500.00 for the whole WEEK/ 7 DAYS!

It?s a timeshare I booked over a year ago SPECIFICALLY for this festival!! Unfortunately my friends/co-workers and I have a stupid work conference we must attend the same weekend. Needless to say I’M SO FREAKING BUMMED over it!!! This is honestly the best Coachella accommodation ever!! This is also how much I paid for it, (no mark up) and its so worth it!!!

You can check in as early as the Sunday BEFORE the festival. Unfortunately date of check out is non negotiable – new timeshare family rents it out the next day.

Resort Amenities:

Lazy River, Golf Course, Outdoor pool, Three spas, Lazy River Pool, Man-Made Lakes, Exercise Room, Recreation room, Business center, Video rental, Elevator, Arcade, Tennis Courts, Grocery Service. Five Courtyard Whirlpools. etc.

Unit Amenities:

Fully equipped kitchen gas fireplace, TV/DVD/STEREO, balcony/terrace, barbecue, queen Murphy bed telephone, washer and dryer or laundry facilities, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer. Resort/Office Hours are 24hrs. Lots of room to put in more beds and people too.

Unit Description: Three Bedroom Plus Den: King in master, queen in second, twins in third bedroom, queen Murphy bed in the living area. Last time I stayed here, we fit 12 pp in comfortably.

(Not that I should be saying this but) most of the artists stay here. We?ve seen/hung out with several in the past years at Coachella. It is a blast! I?ve been going to Coachella for the past 6 years and this is the perfect place for the festival. HOWEVER, I ask you respect the room itself. NO DAMAGE! Carefully mind the space and put things back in place when you leave. Get wrecked but NO wrecking this house! It is a timeshare, so its no A $500 security deposit will be held, which you will get back once I call the resort to make sure everything is okay.

You will be emailed a copy of the above agreement, as well as, I will call the resort to change the name of the timeshare to your name. *Make sure the person checking in, will be the first person to arrive. You will be emailed a copy of this change directly from the resort.

Price: $5500.00/week. + $500.00 security deposit WHICH YOU GET BACK upon check out.

Check-Out at 12:00 PM: Sunday, Apr 17 2011

Note: You will be allowed to keep your luggage at the front desk or in your car Sunday morning, but will not be allowed to go back to the room Sunday night.
