1700 sq.ft 2 story private home available for rent for the weekend of Coachella Fest or Stagecoach. Book for the whole weekend (Friday (check in 10am)-Monday (check out by 12pm (noon)

*$200 cleaning fee is added also a $500 deposit for damages that will be returned if everything is fine. Total of 2,700 with a 500 deposit that is refundable.

3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with master bathroom included (queen bed) with tv in bedroom. Two kids rooms upstairs with joint bathroom/shower. Bedrooms upstairs are furnished with beds and dressers (one bedroom is a single bed, the other bedroom has a double bed with tv that plays movies and games on the xbox 360). Living room with L shape sectional, coffee table, dining table, computer desk with computer access upstairs in the office loft.

All amenities: Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Oven, Coffee Maker, large salad bowls, Dishes, Spices, Pots and Pans, & Utensiles available for use. Bbq outside to use, also garage parking for your car. Coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, towels for bathing, soap included. xbox 360 with lots of games to play upstairs in bedroom.

Patio with patio furniture and table for outdoor eating, overlooking a beautifully landscape yard. Within walking distance to the Marriott hotel. 15 mins away from the Polo field (coachella & stagecoach).
50 inch high def flatscreen TV with Extended channels in the living room. Blue Ray DVD player with large collection of DVD’s.

No pets, no smoking (only outside). No more than 7 people staying over! Payment has to be made before stay or day of stay.

Looking for people to treat this vacation unit as if it were their own. One bedroom condo with many amenities, including free high speed internet, free local calls, in unit washer and dryer, updated granite kitchen and beautifully landscaped grounds. Condo is located on the grounds of high end hotel and you can use their pools and restaurants. Living room has fold out couch and can accommodate four people comfortably.

Only a few miles from the Polo field for the Coachella concerts. Currently available for both Coachella weekends. Many pictures available upon request.
