One bedroom unit with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, in quiet 55+ community. It has a full slide out (the entire length of the unit) with lots of closets and/or storage space. It is fairly well equipped with bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a 30″ gas stove, a side-by-side fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron, iron, vacuum, DVD player, 2 TV’s, clock radio & full deck. Sleeps 2. Additional $25/night per person for more than 2 people. No smoking and no pets. Next to Fantasy Springs Casino and just 6 miles to the grounds. Cleaning fee of $50 applied to all rentals.
