It is fairly well equipped with bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a 30″ gas stove, a side-by-side fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron, iron, vacuum, DVD player, 2 TV’s, clock radio & full deck. Sleeps 2. No smoking and no pets. A cleaning fee of $50 and a security deposit required for to all rentals.
