Two bed villa for rent at Marriott Desert Springs Villas II in Palm Desert. We are offering this vacation at a very affordable $699 for the entire week. You must rent the entire week. This is a 2 BR 2 BA condo that sleeps up to eight. The unit is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It is a two bedroom, two bath unit which can be locked off to form a one bedroom unit and a studio. The second bedroom has a private entrance, its own bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a king bed in master and a king bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in second bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The master also has a vanity and soaking tub and private bath. It is a full sized kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven and microwave. There is also a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit! Marriott Desert Springs II offers a beautiful timeshare vacation experience. Once you have stayed here you will be spoiled for all time! It is the golfer’s destination resort. Palm Desert is easy to get to. It is just 2 hour ride from the Ontario California airport. This is a non smoking resort. The room is completely paid for. No pets or RV’s. No smoking unit. Must be 21. Please email me if you have any questions. Date can be changed and 1 bedroom units for lower rate can be arranged.

Two bedroom unit available only for July 19 to 26th (Monday to Monday). All other dates are available in studio units only. Additional $50 for the guest certificate. No other taxes or surcharges at the resort.

The dates of this vacation are Friday to Friday, July 2-9th We are offering this vacation at a very affordable $800 for the entire week. You must rent the entire week. This is a spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo that sleeps up to eight, but is very comfortable for four. The unit is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It is a two bedroom, two bath unit which can be locked off to form a one bedroom unit and a studio. The second bedroom has a private entrance, its own bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a patio or balcony off the living room. Marriott Desert Springs offers a beautiful timeshare vacation experience. There’s lots to do in the desert and the resort sponsors organized trips and activities. And of course, it is the golfer’s destination resort. Be sure to bring you bikes because there are paths throuhout the resort to ride on. You can also enjoy swimming and tennis. This resort is very close to the large JW Marriott Hotel resort and guests can enjoy several restauants at the hotel. Many people return here again and again for a very affordable vacation. When we stayed here we enjoyed grilling our meals in the evening, outdoors at the pool. Palm Desert is easy to get to. It is just 1.5 hour ride from the Ontario California airport. This is for 7 nights at Palm Springs Tennis Club. The resort is located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Walk to downtown, Spencer’s Restaurant on the resort premises. Friday to Friday.

Available on the following dates only:

July 9 – 16 -one bedroom/sleeps 4 $750.00

July 16 – 23 -one bedroom/sleeps 4 $750.00

Nov 19 – 26 -Mini Suite/Sleeps 2 $750.00

The unit sleeps 4 with a kitchenette. It has a separate bedroom (bedroom has a queen bed, sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen on the one beroom, kitchenette for the mini suites. Pools, spa, tennis courts in the resort. This resort is rated GOLD CROWN by RCI.

Palm Springs Tennis Club is located in the Palm Springs, CA. Enjoy the desert and mountain views. Play golf or tennis or just relax and enjoy the three swimming pools and spas. It is located a couple of blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Spencer?s Restaurant is located on site or walk to a wide variety of restaurants nearby.
