Living room has DirecTV with the works!
Airstream Pool House (with air conditioning)!!!
It is very charming and comfortable.
Many guests have told us it feels like a second home to them.

The pool was just redone last year and we put in a hot tub.
Front yard just got completely redone!
Back yard, too!
The patio is separated from the pool by a child safety gate (which is removable).

We just redid the kitchen floor and will do others as they need it (currently they don’t)
There’s a laundry room with washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a brand new stove/oven!

$250 / night (it’s less if you stay more than 3 nights)
$1000 – $1,500 / week
$3,000 – $4,000 / month
Dogs are okay, but cost extra per night and require a higher deposit depending on the number (and size) of dogs.

there is a $200 deposit, which you will receive back, less any damages (broken windows, glasses, etc. – but that never happens.)
The cleaning fee is $75, and is only higher if there’s damage or a big mess.

Beautiful custom home in popular South Palm Desert. Beautifully appointed, with a private pool/spa & outdoor gas BBQ kitchen area. This is a very popular home in a popular location. Beautiful mountain views from most of the rooms and the private pool/spa and outdoor BBQ kitchen area. Great for entertaining!

There is an oversized master bedroom with a five-piece bath suite. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the home separated by the living/dining area. Each bed has newer mattresses with down comforters. The kitchen has granite counters, gas cook-top and a separate laundry room is betwween it and the garage. All basic necessities are included – linens, towels, kitchen appliances/dishes/etc. There is also internet access with a printer/fax machine.

South Palm Desert is half-way between Palm Springs and LaQuinta/Indio. The home is in the Shadow Mountain area and only steps from famous El Paseo Drive. There you will find world-famous shops like Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Escada, St. John, Tommy Bahama and more. Fine-dining, entertainment and many art galleries are plentiful, as well. College of the Desert is only blocks away and on Saturdays and Sundays they host a very popular Street Fair. There are multitudes of golf courses to choose from plus the tennis facilities across the street at Shadow Mountain Resort. If you are in to the nightlife, many Casinos nearby can accommodate you. Many of them have top-name entertainers throughout the year.
