A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home located on the 17th fairway of one of the two golf courses in the gated 55+ active adult community. Perfect for a luxurious vacation getaway. The house has a very bright open feel to it with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the living room and dining room are very nicely furnished in southern U.S. style. The master suite is very large with a kingsize bed, a full size sofa, LCD television, an on-suite bathroom and an enormous closet. The second bedroom is brighly furnished and has a queen size bed with a full size bathroom attached. The third bedroom has a pull out sofa. All the counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms are corian. There are wonderful patios at both the front and back of the house each with its own gas BBQ. The community includes a large indoor pool, several large outdoor pools, many tennis courts, a library, a billiard room, 2 very large gyms, an indoor walking track, many hot tubs, 2 full size 18 hole golf courses, a driving range, many putting greens and an 18 hole full size putting course. The community has more than 100 different activities ranging from a computer club to biking, hiking, excercise classes, dancing, card clubs and many more. The location is within a few miles of Palm Springs and many other Desert communities. There are more than 100 golfcourses within a reasonable distance. Sorry No smoking, no Pets. One occupant must be at least 55 years of age. The rental includes a golf cart.

if it’s 106 degrees one day, 107 the next and 108 the next, you pay $321 for 3 days.

There’s a 3 day minimum (even if you only stay 2, you would need to pay for 3 – but that’s good for an early check in or a late check out)

We just redid the kitchen floor and will do others as they need it (currently they don’t)
There’s a laundry room with washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a brand new stove/oven!

Dogs are okay, but cost extra per night and require a higher deposit depending on the number (and size) of dogs.

there is a $200 deposit, which you will receive back, less any damages (broken windows, glasses, etc. – but that never happens.)
The cleaning fee is $75, and is only higher if there’s damage or a big mess.
