The units, which can accommodate eight people, contain two balconies, fireplace, washer/dryer and two TV’s. The condo grounds contain seven pools, fitness center and bbq grills. The main swimming pool has a full-service bar and dining facilities. The unit allows discounts for golf and restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel and shuttle service to the Paribas Tennis Tournament, which is March 5th thru March 18th. This is a 2 bedroom plus den vacation condo on the Challenge golf course designed by Ted Robinson at the renowned private Palm Valley Country Club. The den closes off with curtains for extra sleeping privacy on the convertible sofa. In the master is a new king bed, with a comfortable queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is a separate dining room with seating for 6, and a great golf course view breakfast nook. There is a bathroom with two vanities and a deluxe tub and shower in the master suite (which also has its own little courtyard), and a bathroom with a shower and entrance from the guest bedroom and hall. Of course we have golf course patio seating with an umbrella and a gas grill for your casual dining pleasure or relaxing while here in Palm Desert.
