Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,330 sq ft upper unit in Desert Falls Country Club, Palm Desert, Ca. This unit overlooks a pool and spa and has distant mountain views from every room and the patios. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, 2x TV’s and garage with opener. It is set up to sleep four people. Sorry no pets or smokers. Rental includes access pass to health and fitness club, racquetball court, nine championship tennis courts and clubhouse facilities. There are 25 pools and spa’s to choose from. Golf is extra and can be arranged at the clubhouse.

Looking for accomodations for 4 at Desert Breezes (willing to stay on the 4 Seasons part of property) for Labor day weekend. Prefer September 4 – 6, willing to check in September 3 – 6 if 3 nights are required. Would like to trade equivalent in Shell Vacation Club points which can be used at Shell properties, with Resortime, Trading Places and also many properties through RCI. This one bedroom unit is available 11/20/2010 – 11/27/2010 (saturday to saturday) for Thanksgiving week. This unit can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a limited kitchen, dining room, living room and patio/balcony. There is also a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. It is a golfer’s destination resort. There is a water slide and lots of pool fun and activities for the kids. Palm Desert is situated just 1.5 hour ride from Ontario California airport or 2 hours from Los Angeles International airport. This is a non smoking resort. No pets or RV’s. Must be 21. A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home located on the 17th fairway of one of the two golf courses in the gated 55+ active adult community. Perfect for a luxurious vacation getaway. The house has a very bright open feel to it with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the living room and dining room are very nicely furnished in southern U.S. style. The master suite is very large with a kingsize bed, a full size sofa, LCD television, an on-suite bathroom and an enormous closet. The second bedroom is brighly furnished and has a queen size bed with a full size bathroom attached. The third bedroom has a pull out sofa. All the counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms are corian. There are wonderful patios at both the front and back of the house each with its own gas BBQ. The community includes a large indoor pool, several large outdoor pools, many tennis courts, a library, a billiard room, 2 very large gyms, an indoor walking track, many hot tubs, 2 full size 18 hole golf courses, a driving range, many putting greens and an 18 hole full size putting course. The community has more than 100 different activities ranging from a computer club to biking, hiking, excercise classes, dancing, card clubs and many more. The location is within a few miles of Palm Springs and many other Desert communities. There are more than 100 golfcourses within a reasonable distance. Sorry No smoking, no Pets.
