This spectacular very private home is secluded behind the gates of the prestigious Presidential Estates. Presidential Estates is a very quiet community located on Gerald Ford directly across from Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.

Traveling past the main gates of this charming community you wind past a small enclave of beautifully manicured homes and gardens to end up at this wonderful find. Once owned by a member of the Boeing family, this home is available for your enjoyment.

Once you have arrived at the front door, you will enter into the foyer with soaring ceilings, then entering into the main living area with fireplace and wet bar. The cathedral ceilings of the living area open to the large wall of windows looking out to your own spa, sparkling swimming pool, rose garden, covered patio and private citrus orchard and view of the San Jacinto Mountains. There are patio tables, chairs and lounges for your relaxation around the pool, or a quiet evening meal under the stars.

Once back into your residence you will find a very bright and spacious kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops with travertine accents. The only thing lacking is your trip to the grocer for your first home cooked meal or a wonderful evening out to one of many restaurants nearby. There is an informal dining area in the kitchen with an atrium and fountain. And for the more formal affairs… a dining room located with a view of the patio, pool and citrus trees.

The large master suite is tastefully decorated and has a large walk in closet and wall of closets behind mirrored doors. Plenty of dresser space and an armoire across from your bed conceal a television. Your suite has its own bathroom with double basin sinks shower and step down tiled soaking tub.

The second bedroom is large and airy nicely decorated with plenty of dresser space and a glass sliding door out to a patio. There is direct access to the second bathroom with double basin sinks and shower.

The third bedroom also serves as a media room with a wonderful entertainment center. Television, stereo and video equipment are there for your enjoyment. The sofa conceals a sleeper for any extra overnight guests.

This community also offers lighted tennis courts, sparkling pool and spa and green belt areas.

Presidential Estates is centrally located 10 minutes from The River, 15 minutes from El Paseo, 10 minutes to the Palm Springs International Airport, 15-20 minutes gets you to downtown Palm Springs from this splendid community.

This piece of heaven is ideal for a month, seasonal or long term.
