Our spacious 2 bedroom is centrally located in quiet residential area in safe and sunny Palm Desert ~ just off Fred Waring (between Cook and Washington).
We are just 25 minutes from the Palm Springs airport and only 10 minutes from the COD Street Fair, Living Desert (zoo/gardens), El Paseo (upscale shopping district!), and The River (restaurants, theatre, shops).

Our private pool/spa with stairs overlooks the fairway and Santa Rosa Mountains. Relax and enjoy our pool loungers and float in the private pool.
Both sun and shaded areas on the large pool deck which has a separate outdoor dining area (shaded), palm trees, and gas BBQ.

Enjoy the convenient location (1/2 block walk) to our licensed clubhouse (delicious food in the restaurant), plus many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bonus community playground area (with code access to community pools/spas) just down the street.
It’s a short 5-10 minute drive to neighboring areas of La Quinta, Indian Wells, Bermuda Dunes, Rancho Mirage and Indio. Palm Springs is just 20-25 minutes away.

The master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, quality linens, TV/DVD and ensuite bathroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 sleeper sofas (queen and single sofa beds) in the living room.
