A gas grill and outdoor dining for 12 is just outside the kitchen and dining room doors. The flow of this elegant home is designed for casual entertaining and relaxation without feeling cramped.
With the whole-house WIFI, HDTVs with Blu-ray/DVD players in every bedroom you can enjoy all your favorite toys and entertainment. Let me help you come to the sunny desert when everyone is telling you it’s too late to book!

We are well-respected Realtors in the centralized ‘Palm Springs’ area (most convenient location to all the desert offers) who own rental property ourselves. Since our personally-owned properties are almost always booked, I am always on the hunt for nice accommodations to book quality tenants into at this late stage of the game. I comb through properties that fly ‘under the radar’ with unique connections, being creative, and just plain ol’ hard work!

If you’ve been looking, you know there is hardly anything desirable available as it is now a short notice situation and everything is booked solid. It’s extremely frustrating for you, I’m sure, as I do know and understand what you are up against! I hear from clients all the time (especially this year) that they never want to go through this again and will now book a year in advance, which several are doing–just booked a client for over a year in advance, which is very typical here in our very popular desert paradise.

I am truly beating the bushes to find properties of quality–different price ranges, but mostly around $2,500 to up to $5,000 per month. Today I booked a $2,400/month property for February and February/March property for $4,200. I just found a couple of very nice properties (pictures available) for February, March, and April–those months can be separated or combined.

We also have high-end properties that are not otherwise available through personal contacts with the owners. These start at $5,000 and go all the way up to about $25,000 for one month, and, as you can imagine, these are simply extraordinary properties. My point is, we have something for every every pocketbook and offer things that no one else has or even knows about.

Please know that if you are looking for a small time period, such as during March, I am very uncertain I can help, but you never know. March is the ‘plum’ of the season, and I wish I had a nickel for every request I have received for bits and pieces of March. BUT if you want ALL of March, I currently have 2 or 3 properties that will do just March! That’s highly unusual. And, these are good quality properties

I will NOT put you into something I wouldn’t want to be in myself–and, I’m fussy. It’s all about clean and well located for me, and I know that what our clients want.
