The security deposit ensures that both parties are serious about the agreement. Needless to say, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount due and is fully refundable should you wish to cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date.

There is a beautiful pool and spa adjacent to the house with restrooms and outdoor showers. Short walk to tennis compound, fitness club, driving range and pro shop. The home is a single level with 2 master bedrooms, an office with high speed internet. Kitchen has granite counter tops and GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Jenn-Air 5 burner statinless steel BBQ. 2 car attahced garage. Nice views of the 8th green of the golf course from the kitchen, dining room and living rooms. Home sits back far enough from the golf course that no golf balls come into the yard and patio.
