There’s nothing more enjoyable than the privacy of a vacation home, when comparing amenities to that of a crowded hotel or condo multi-plex. Inspiring Mountain Views from our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the third floor (top floor) corner that faces southwest. The bedrooms and living room have sliding doors that open to the large sun drenched patio that is very private and offers unobstructed views to the mountains, you can see the pool thru the numerous mature palms that are illuminated in the evenings.
The Biltmore is a nice, quiet complex with a large heated pool, 12 person Jacuzzi/spa. lots of chaise lounges, chairs and tables, there is a dining pavilion with ceiling fans, a sink and three gas BBQ grills and restooms.
The grounds offer seasonal flowers, huge palms, orange, lime and grapefruit trees. Help yourself to the fruit off the trees! We have assigned covered parking.
The Biltmore is just minutes from Palm Springs vibrant downtown, shops, golf courses restaurants and casino’s…the area is great for walking or biking, with lots of beautiful homes, a nice variety of dining places, some with entertainment that are within walking distance.
Newley renovated Smoke Tree Shopping Center is just up the street with a Ralph’s Fresh Grocery Store, Post Office and a nice selection of restaurants, services & shops.
