Our sweet little patio home, located in Sunrise Palms, is suddenly available due to a cancellation.

One large bedroom with large closet; queen sized bed with pillows, sheets, comforter and blankets. Walk out to enclosed yard from bedroom as well as the living room area.
Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances (fridge, elecgtric stove, hood fan, dishwasher and microwave), pots and pans, dishes, cups and glasses, cutlery, serving dishes – everything you need.
Four-piece bath with towels.
Patio set seats four at outdoor table.
Enclosed yard that is perfect for your little doggie.
Plenty of shopping nearby at Vista Chino and Sunrise Way.
Sunrise Palms is a quite, (truly) gated community in north Palm Springs, not far from the I-10, that is very well-maintained and pet friendly.
Pool #4 and spa pool are heated and located with a 60-second walk.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a pet-free home. We have dogs and most of your guests have had dogs stay here. We maintain it very well, but please, if you have allergy or asthma concerns, note that dogs have lived here.
